Technical Project Manager!
Key Accountabilities:
· Development of Standard operating procedures and policies of the facility management company
· Optimizing building operations to implement software for Smart Buildings options, including preventive and predictive maintenance modules (up-to-date mobile inspection apps, etc.).
· Development of the process of the long-term targets toward to Computer-Aided Facility Management
· Establishment of periodic KPIs for separate properties and prepare performance assessments based on the reports (Facilities’ technical team ratios and indicators)
· Strengthening the projects’ reporting tools. Setting up constant data-based reports to overview snapshots of maintenance and utility efficiency, technical work improvement
· Establishment of a green policy, more sustainable operation, and cost-saving without compromising the services. Utilization of the existing benchmarks in the field of sustainability.
· Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options and weighing the cost/benefit analysis when making innovative purchases
· Updating and maintaining all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
· Setting up the human resources standards matrix
