Our upcoming Edu Dialogues session will feature the topic "Unlocking the Power of Dress: Applying Semiotics in Education," delivered by Ms. Eva Lennartz, Ph.D. Candidate at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan, which will explore the application of dress semiotics in education. Semiotics, the study of signs within society, provides a valuable tool for understanding knowledge and justification. To demonstrate its potential benefits, the lecturer will showcase visual materials from her doctoral fieldwork in Baku, conducted in 2023.
