We are looking for a CRM administrator, who has a successful record of improving processes using a CRM tool, to lead the ongoing development of our CRM platform.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary system administrator for the CRM environment.
• Execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and outline specific data and business requirements, implement and documents business process solutions.
• Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks.
• Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
• Assist in training of new users and grow the CRM platform skillset across the organisation.
• Collaborate with unit head and external CRM vendor in developing and maintaining the system within the company, as well as coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
