Become a Volunteer at the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2025

We are pleased to invite motivated and responsible student volunteers to join the International STEAM Azerbaijan Festival 2025, taking place on November 17–19 at the Baku Expo Center.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, STEAM Azerbaijan, and in partnership with the “One Volunteer” Student Organization.

As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in assisting with guest reception at the airport, hotel and transport coordination, participant management, and operational support at the venue.

Application Deadline: August 20, 2025

Volunteers will be provided with:

• Official permission to miss academic classes

• Transportation throughout the event

• Daily meals

• An official digital certificate

• A volunteer uniform
