Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of ‘’Digital Marketing Expert’’ for Digital Marketing Team! You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have: •Bachelor"s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; •2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing; •Strong project management/organizational skills required; •High passion in the coordination of the content creation process for building & maintaining brand identity and distinctive presence on various digital platforms; •Bold experience in production of high-quality content by collaborating with design and writing teams for delivering engaging content; •High skills in analyzing content during the production process and after the publishing for identifying content insights resulting in better engagement; •Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition & activation marketing (e-mailing, display ads, online video, paid search, paid and organic social and SEO, etc.), content marketing and web analytics; •Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics & Google Data Studio & Social Bakers). Familiarity with goal and event setting via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an asset; •Familiarity with mobile marketing and commercialization - mobile app growth, connected tools and responsive sites is an asset is a plus; •Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment; •Experience in the small business mindset is a plus.
