Vacancy: Lean expert

Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Lean expertfor Agile team. Responsibilities: ·Analyze existing processes to find gaps in existing product and find solution to optimize it’s quality; ·Develop and design documents, process outlines and flowcharts; ·Create new processes if needed to archive better quality and time to market of a product. Requirements: ·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; ·Previous experience in banking preferred; ·At least 2 years continuous experience in one of areas: Integration Project Manager, Quality Assurance, System Architect, BPM, Strategy, etc.; ·Understanding of systems structure and major business processes.
