Position: HR Generalist
Location: Baku, with up to 50% of domestic travel
Reports to: Director of HR&Admin

Why you are important to us:
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR sub-functions within our organisation. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to overseeing recruitment processes, providing guidance on employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What we want you to have:
·       Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role (mis 3 years)
·       A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
·       CIPD certification or a similar international qualification is preferred
·       Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·       Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
·       Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
·       Problem-solving mindset and attention to details
