Vacancy:HR Specialist Main responsibilities: • Implement human resource policies • Manage recruitment and selection process • Conduct background checks and make job offers • Negotiate employment agreements • Facilitate employee orientation program for new hires • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations • Manage staff wellness and performance reviews • Maintain staff records • Prepare and revise job descriptions and job adverts Requirements: • Bachelor degree • At least 2 years of experience in the field of HR • Knowledge of labor law (Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan) • Knowle
